Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for dresses only under the following conditions:

A clear opening video of the package is required.

Return/exchange is accepted within 7 business days  from the date of receiving the product.

Return/exchange is accepted only if the dress is damaged or defective upon arrival.

The opening video must be recorded within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Process:

The exchanged product will be delivered within 7 business days.

The same dress (same size and style) will be sent in exchange.

If the same item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.

 

Refund policy:

In case of any refund if approved will be received within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Note:

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Size issues

Style/color preference

All product images posted are original and true to the actual product.
